Parental Consent Form for Digital Resources 

Webform will be live on August 11, 2021. At Centre Ridge, our teachers will use a variety of digital resources to support student learning and promote communication and collaboration with students and families. Some of the digital resources your child may use this year will require your consent before they can be used. Please visit our Digital Resource page to view the different applications that may be used this year. Parental consent must be given before your child can use these learning tools. You can find the link to the electronic form on this page as well.

The Parent Support Form is only for SIS ParentVue Accounts or Schoology Parent Accounts.

Parent Support Request Form for ParentVue Accounts 

  • Submit a ticket for help with parent accounts in SIS ParentVue, Schoology (non-laptop issues)

Please fill out a Support Request Form to create a ticket, and a tech support person will be back in touch with you as soon as possible. Appointments will be set up through this ticketing system if necessary.
